1. Use of Our Services

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Personal Improvement Specialist is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
